For established organizations, we create customized, comprehensive solutions for increasing efficiency and sustainability.

Our Approach
Globalhood's services differ from other incubation and consultancy services in our multidisciplinary approach. We are structured as a roster of experts, practitioners and volunteers, organized by a core team of project managers and supported by directors and staff. Each incubation or consultancy is led by one project manager, who then assembles a team of consultants from our roster as appropriate. This team approach allows each project the benefit of advice from a multiplicity of perspectives. Through this exposure to different disciplines and connections, we encourage project leaders to explore ideas and techniques that they may not otherwise have considered, and thus enabling innovation in development work.

Logistics
Our incubation fee is set at the industry standard of 5% of gross fundraising revenues for the first year of incubation. This figure is subject to review at the beginning of each subsequent year, with the expectation that it will be lower each year as the incubated project grows increasingly self-sufficient.

Our consulting fees vary on a case-by-case basis. We will also occasionally perform pro-bono consultancies for financially-challenged yet dynamic organizations.
